Restricting Countries

Through the Game Manager, you can restrict certain countries where your game should not be playable.

Find it under Project > Restricted Regions in the Game Manager at manage.pley.com.

If someone within the restricted regions attempts to play the game on web, they'll see a "Game unavailable" screen.

Good to know!

Pley is incorporated within the European Union, and therefore will enforce EU sanctions, no matter what configuration of restricted regions is set up in the Game Manager.

Additionally, there is a maximum amount of restrictions allowed, defined in Pley's Distribution Agreement - signed before launching your Web Playable.

Finally, players may bypass regional restrictions through the use of VPNs.
